I had the privilege of working under Lukas’ leadership during my time as a Web Developer, and it was one of the most inspiring professional experiences I’ve had. Lukas has an exceptional ability to see the bigger picture while staying deeply involved in the details that make a digital project succeed. Lukas drove several major initiatives that truly transformed the company’s digital presence — including the complete relaunch of the corporate website and the launch of the Medartis ONE app. He approaches every project with vision, structure, and an impressive understanding of both technology and digital marketing. I had the pleasure of working with Lukas for more than two years, during which we jointly took care of the company’s CRM system — even though this was not our original area of expertise. Lukas successfully led a team of more than eight people and always brought a high level of commitment, motivation, and positive energy to every challenge. Let me say that Lukas was a very important contact/person during my year in Medartis. He is a very perceptive and recepting person for business, has this kind of quickly understanding of different markets reality that makes him be very important in the ideas, collaboration and supporting to develop them, despite of the differences of our markets (LATAM-Europe).
